The Role

As a Technical Support Assistant, you will provide robust administrative support within the Technical Department at the Haverfordwest site.

Additionally, you will:

• Support the technical team to ensure that Certificates of Analyses are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• To manage Cheese release at the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure this is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• To communicate with Quality Assurance Technical Support regarding consumable stock counts and current salvage for disposal
• Manage the evaluation and feedback on critical production paperwork
• Support the Quality Systems Manager to carry out regular Good Manufacturing Practice Audits
• Assist the Site Team in all aspects of administration as and when required.

 About You

To be considered as our Technical Support Assistant you will need:

• To have completed education in science, chemistry, biology or physics or previous work experience in a quality assurance or technical role gained in the manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• The ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent numerical skills and a good eye for details
