Are you a quality assurance expert with a passion for the dairy industry? We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team and uphold the highest standards in milk production. In this critical role, you will ensure that our products meet rigorous quality and safety standards, delivering the best to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of quality control, from raw milk intake to final product testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement effective solutions to enhance product quality.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve any quality-related issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Quality Management: Proven experience in quality assurance within the dairy or food industry.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address quality issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey quality standards and procedures.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing practical solution
