In this pivotal role, you will ensure our operations align with ESG standards while driving initiatives that promote responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Policies: Create and enforce ESG compliance policies that align with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor Compliance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to ESG guidelines across all departments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote a culture of sustainability and social responsibility.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on ESG performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Training and Awareness: Lead training sessions to educate employees on ESG practices and the importance of compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in ESG: Proven experience in ESG compliance, sustainability, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
