We have three well-invested, efficient dairy processing sites
Together, our two cheese creameries can produce almost 80,000 tonnes of cheese a year, whilst our dairy in Dorset can process more than 100,000 litres of milk a day into specialist chilled dairy products.
Our sites produce high-quality, award-winning cheese and dairy products for sale to B2B customers across the UK. What’s more, our cheese is exported to more than 26 countries across the globe.
Our sites have seen multi-million-pound investment over recent years to improve capacity and enhance productivity and energy use. We are working hard to ensure we bring our regenerative principles to life every day in our creameries, from working to reduce water and electricity use, mitigating our effluent emissions, or supporting the local communities we operate within.
The Lake District Creamery
The Lake District Creamery has undergone a £20m investment programme in the last four years, which has facilitated a 40% increase in capacity, enabling the site to process 1 million litres of milk every day.

Helping the planet
We have anaerobic digesters adjacent to our Lake District Creamery and BV Dairy, which utilise effluent treatment from the sites to produce renewable biogas.
